Behind OneTen.

OneTen Life was founded by Jade Bradley. A current female footballer who has built the brand over the last 6 years. The business started with Personal Training and 1:1 football sessions. Upon completing her degree and S&C qualification, this slowly began to transition into 1:1 strength and conditioning sessions and technical sessions. With experience under her belt, she became S&C lead for AFC Bournemouth Women & Girls and is now with Reading FC Girls. This is where she realised that on field training and pitch specific movements was where she could excel players. Combining her knowledge of physical and technical understanding began to drive results. In 2023, Jade started OneTen Elite Football - a girls only training centre that delivers the highest quality technical sessions to players within the Berkshire area. The aim of the centre is and will continue to be - to bridge the gap between grassroots and academy level football. With the coaching help of current semi-professional and professional female footballers, we believe that all players deserve exposure to coaches that have the knowledge and passion for football to help the next generation evolve. Jade and her team are that.

Jade now has a personal resume of clients that include both Championship men and women players, Northern and Southern National League women’s players, boys and girls academy players (8-18 years old) and grassroots players that are looking to push to the next level. Along with girls in the OneTen Elite Football Centre that have progressed from grassroots to district, to ETC, to PGA setups.
